The Art of Distillation
Our distillation process is inspired by Kanauj's centuries-old traditional Deg & Bhapka steam distillation process. Copper stills are charged with pure flower petals, roots, and woods and heated over firewood, sending steam through bamboo pipes to condense into cool base oils like Mysore Sandalwood.
This ancient process guarantees that our fragrances preserve the deepest, most complex notes of the natural botanicals, free from any synthetic alcohol or solvents. The result is a richer, safer, and incredibly long-lasting oil that evolves on your skin over 24 hours.
