Refund Policy
We take immense pride in the premium craftsmanship and quality of our luxury attars. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you through our refund and exchange policy.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we can only accept returns or exchanges on items that remain unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging within **7 days** of delivery. Opened bottles are not eligible for returns or refunds.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us immediately (within **48 hours** of delivery) with photos or videos of the packaging at info@mindiattar.com or via WhatsApp. We will ship a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
3. Process for Returns
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Email our team with your order number and request.
- Once approved, package the items securely and ship them to our warehouse address.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4. Refund Issuance
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method or bank account within **7 to 10 working days**.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped out from our warehouse. Once the order has been handed over to our shipping partners, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.
